The SAVE S.p.A. Code of Conduct incorporates the new legislation on insider dealing pursuant to art. 114, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (Consolidated Finance Law, TUF), as subsequently amended, and the relevant implementing provisions contained in articles from 152-sexies to 152-octies of CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/1999 (“Issuers Regulation”).
